back in KUALA LUMPUR

finally my journey in hard rock cafe has ended, it's a total 1 and a half year i'm at there, alot things happened, the good the bad and the ugly, i miss every happy moments there, and i wish to prolong it, but time doesn't let me, i got a new job is senja restaurant in saujana kuala lumpur and so i got myself back to KL again.

the pay should be not much compared to hard rock, but at least i am learning to cook now, properly. and this will be my first step in my fine dine career, no more casual dining kitchen for me anymore.

i miss fishing in penang, i miss the air there, i miss my friends there and i miss the one i love there, hope to see u.

and at last but not very least, to ivana, i'm sorry i hurt u so much, but there is always a decision to make, and i've made mine, thanks for everything you ever brought to me in my life, without you, i can't be in this shape today, i hope u can find somebody better, and it's look like u already had, i hope u live well and happy, if you are reading this, thank you.

red moon

lonely night it seem,
sat alone, hearing the midnight blues,
fishing plan cancelled in the minute last,
while indulge myself into the memories,

Convo and Onion ring?

Wow, looks like it had been a long long time, i didn't get my hand on this blog, and in 30 more minutes i must bath, toilet, get ready to work, and yes go to work, and yes in TGIF it was mac n chz, but in hard rock cafe it's hand peel, hand slice, hand washed and hand breaded onion ring and tupelo chicken tender, which no matter how, looks like gonna finish everyday, even though in a single day we do 20kg of onion, ok maybe less then that, 10?

Convo is on the way, that will be the day where i can meet most of my after-college-nomorestudy-friend parents, grandpa, grandma, or brother sister. Me myself i'm bringing my dad, my grandpa and my grandma, this three person have been in my live until this very day, supporting me from the first day to school, and obviously until my college convocation.

And of course i already apply leave or 23 to 27, hmm, 4 days?? enough? and i have this pig which fly far away as far as 2000km on a plane, wish her faster come, next friday it will be, right?

and for Maynard, today only i realize your new blog, sorry, day have been busy for me to online, awhile more we have our own session of enjoyment of life with the fire.

Off day, pre opening...miao

OK, sorry for no update for a long time, Maynard's blog still down, no!!!!! Maynard, activate it back please, ok and today is my off day after 9 days off no off, kinda busy for a pre opening, and most of the time due to my afternoon shift, which start from 4pm to 12am, until next thursday, finally i'm getting back to morning.

I love off day, i sleep like a cow, yes, a cow, it just feel so good when you sleep, relax, recharge for the next week, and because of some ghost story in the hotel, it getting abit more creepy while working, usually when nights fall, and where is my pig? have not been online with her for quite some times, work work work.

In here, fryer is alot easier, except they don't have the oil filter machine yet, and i'm wondering how how, because the internal filter aren't able to work too due to some, technical problems. Oil hasn't been change, or maybe i'm just lazy doing it the old school way.

Now every single day i've been watching my car petrol usage, gotta keep an eye on it, and budget my monthly usage, lesser outings, except li foong fetch, or else i will just stay at home and goyang2 myself.

Guess i'm returning to goyang2 on games, facebook and more games now, bye

Off day, rainy day, gaming and staff meal

For the past one week, we the cafe staffs, had been cooking staff meal, god it feel good when people say your food are good, and especially the Executive Chef himself enjoyed yet, Next week no more, and due to puasa, not good enough, too less people eating, and yet some eat also.But i get to learn how to cook kick ass curry, chicken rice and some kick ass wok frying skills, Other than that, this few days have been raining dogs and cats, which is good cause it will me chill, so nice to sleep and fresh air.

And so, today is my off day, i get to sleep like monkey finally and get to have a few round of games with Li Foong at netcity, after been puasa so long to cybercafe, finally now get to go, it feel damn good although some of the game we are losing and owned, yet it feel so relax, of course now days it's impossible seperate me from mousehunt and sometime biotronic, yup it's the facebook games.

Oh ya, and i get a free room in Hard Rock Hotel for 2 days 1 night, can't wait for it hope i get the lagoon deluxe, which i can jump to the pool direct from the balcony, which indeed good on a hot day and bad on a rainy day, and rainy day is more now days but still enjoyable. Tomorrow gotta fill up petrol, shit and there's on Rm50 in my wallet only now, But pay is coming, no worries.

And for final, congratulations to my college mates who all just finished training, all the best lagi la.

Class Class Class

So Hard Rock provide me class everyday, and of course, apply tech class, like today, how to pan fry fish and how to grill chicken, OMG. Really goyang telur case, and working with gay boy people, slightly like how in TGI, just the different is they don't say I Love You, and not to be surprised, all the staff in the cafe know my name, and for sure call me whenever they see me, no matter they are guy or girl, or half, tsk tsk tsk, whats wrong with my name in the card, Cow Kok???

And the food there, even though it's free but, it's not salty enough, not sweet enough, not sour enough, imagine asam fish that are not spicy, sweet and sour, lick-my-balls style really. But free food, what to do, and next Monday and Tuesday, cafe staff will be cooking the staff meal, because the hotel kitchen staffs have some training going on, gonna have cook better standard of food, kick their ass.

Stress level is still optimum level in Hard Rock, but i believe, later, it will grow, situation gonna change once it start business, fries fries.
